t\u00eb projektit Erasmus+ \u201cNd\u00ebrtimi i Kapaciteteve n\u00eb Pun\u00ebn Rinore p\u00ebr Sip\u00ebrmarrjen Sociale t\u00eb t\u00eb Rinjve me Aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb Kufizuara\u201d (SocEntYwD). Programi bashkoi partner\u00ebt e projektit nga Kroacia dhe Serbia me ekipin BtB dhe krijoi hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr shk\u00ebmbim njohurish me vizita n\u00eb institucione dhe organizata t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb. Fokusi ishte n\u00eb kuptimin e kontekstit lokal dhe eksplorimin se si puna rinore mund t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjen e t\u00eb rinjve me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara n\u00eb pun\u00ebsim, vet\u00ebpun\u00ebsim dhe sip\u00ebrmarrje sociale.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Nj\u00eb takim me ekipin e \u201cNd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb Ballkanit\u201d i prezantoi partner\u00ebt vizitor\u00eb me pun\u00ebn e organizat\u00ebs dhe lidhjet e saj lokale. Gjithashtu, u ofrua hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar q\u00ebllimet e vizit\u00ebs dhe se si shk\u00ebmbimet mund t\u00eb kontribuonin n\u00eb aktivitetet e projektit.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>N\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn p\u00ebr Pun\u00eb Sociale n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb, delegacioni m\u00ebsoi rreth sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjes sociale n\u00eb dispozicion dhe nevojave e sfidave t\u00eb personave me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara. Takimi ofroi njohuri mbi rolin e institucioneve publike n\u00eb ofrimin e mb\u00ebshtetjes dhe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e koordinimit me organizatat q\u00eb punojn\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt me t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb dhe familjet e tyre.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Vizita n\u00eb Zyr\u00ebn e Pun\u00ebsimit i shtoi k\u00ebtyre diskutimeve nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb pun\u00ebsimi. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit shqyrtuan masat mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse n\u00eb dispozicion, mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e pun\u00ebsimit dhe vet\u00ebpun\u00ebsimit, si dhe pengesat q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb aksesin ndaj tyre. Shk\u00ebmbimi lidhi fokusin e projektit n\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarrjen sociale me pyetje praktike n\u00eb lidhje me mb\u00ebshtetjen q\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjekur idet\u00eb e tyre dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Perspektivat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile ishin qendrore n\u00eb program. P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb Shurdh\u00ebrve n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb ndan\u00eb p\u00ebrvojat e tyre dhe diskutuan mbi pengesat n\u00eb komunikim, aksesin dhe pjes\u00ebmarrjen n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e komunitetit. Takimi me OJQ-n\u00eb REC i plot\u00ebsoi k\u00ebto njohuri p\u00ebrmes diskutimit t\u00eb hulumtimeve, rekomandimeve dhe situat\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb personave me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara n\u00eb kontekstin lokal.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Gjat\u00eb \u00e7do vizite, delegacioni prezantoi gjithashtu SocEntYwD, duke u prezantuar institucioneve dhe organizatave t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira objektivat dhe rezultatet e projektit. K\u00ebto shk\u00ebmbime ofruan nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar se si burimet mund t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin pun\u00ebn e tyre me t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>S\u00eb bashku, k\u00ebto vizita u dhan\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve dhe delegacionit nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga organizatat q\u00eb e qasen p\u00ebrfshirjen nga perspektiva t\u00eb ndryshme. Diskutimet brenda partneritetit lidh\u00ebn k\u00ebto njohuri lokale me p\u00ebrvojat nga Kroacia dhe Serbia, duke marr\u00eb parasysh r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre p\u00ebr pun\u00ebtorit\u00eb gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse, fushatat e avokimit dhe aktivitetet e ardhshme t\u00eb projektit.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Njohurit\u00eb e mbledhura n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb do t\u00eb informojn\u00eb fazat e ardhshme t\u00eb SocEntYwD, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht pun\u00ebn e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb pajisur punonj\u00ebsit e t\u00eb rinjve me mjete praktike p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e t\u00eb rinjve me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara n\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarrjen sociale. Lidhja e k\u00ebtyre burimeve me nevojat dhe p\u00ebrvojat lokale do t&#039;i ndihmoj\u00eb partner\u00ebt t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb aktivitete q\u00eb adresojn\u00eb pengesat n\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrje dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb mbi mb\u00ebshtetjen q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb tashm\u00eb e disponueshme n\u00eb komunitetet e
